Home-made Garlic Rice Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves Finely chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp of butter

  • 1 tbsp of oil

  • 1 tsp. Salt and ½ tsp. Pepper

  • 4 cups Leftover Rice

Instructions:

  1. Heat the pan with oil and butter. Low fire only

  2. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.

  3. Add the rice and seasoned with salt and pepper. Mix well

  4. Serve with your favorite dish.
